We found a lush loquat tree today while walking in SoCo's hidden backcountry. It started with making a pass-by visit to the dog shelter where the 5-year-old Pit Bull Cindy caught our eye. She looked so sweet. The shelter manager asked if we would take her for a walk. It was hard to refuse.
So we sauntered and came upon the loquat tree. It reminded me of when we lived in Florida and would find random trees from Ma Nature with fruits waiting for us!
It was a borrow a Pit Bull for 10 minutes kind of day
I see a loquat smoothie in my near future...
